Evaluasi Efektivitas Program Literasi Digital Bagi Guru Di Sekolah Dasar Dalam Mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka
Abstract
The implementation of the Independent Curriculum demands technology-based learning transformation. Digital literacy programs for teachers are crucial to support the successful implementation of this curriculum at the elementary school level. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital literacy programs for elementary school teachers in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental pre-post test design. The research sample consisted of 120 elementary school teachers from 6 schools in District X selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through digital competency tests, self-efficacy questionnaires, and learning observations. Data analysis used paired t-test and multiple linear regression. The digital literacy program showed significant effectiveness with an increase in teachers' digital competency by 34.5% (p<0.001), an increase in self-efficacy by 28.3% (p<0.001), and an improvement in technology-based learning quality by 31.2% (p<0.001). The most influential factors were training duration (β=0.456, p<0.001) and technical support (β=0.398, p<0.001). Digital literacy programs are proven effective in improving elementary school teachers' competencies to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Recommendations include increasing training duration and strengthening continuous technical support systems.
