Inclusive education has become an important paradigm in modern education systems to ensure equal access to education for all children, including children with disabilities. Quantitative data were collected through pre-test and post-test using Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) instruments and standardized academic achievement tests. Qualitative data were obtained through in- depth interviews with teachers, parents, and participatory observation for 8 months. The results showed significant improvement in social abilities of students with disabilities (p<0.05) with average SSRS scores increasing from 78.3 to 92.7. Academic achievement also improved with average scores rising from 65.2 to 73.8. Qualitative analysis identified five key factors: trained teacher support, peer acceptance, curriculum modification, family support, and supportive school environment.Inclusive education proved effective in improving social and academic abilities of children with disabilities. Successful implementation requires a holistic approach involving all education stakeholders.
