Submissions Guidelines
1. General Format
- Manuscripts must be written in English, using clear, concise, and academic language.
- Use a consistent font style and size throughout the document (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt).
- Line spacing: one spaced.
- Use justified alignment with standard margins (1 inch / 2.54 cm on all sides).
- Save the document in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
2. Structure of the Manuscript
Each manuscript should generally contain the following sections:
Title
- Must be concise, specific, and informative (maximum 15 words).
- Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
- Author(s) and Affiliation
- Full name(s) of the author(s), followed by their institutional affiliation(s).
- Provide the email address of the corresponding author.
Abstract
- Maximum 250 words.
- Should summarize the background, objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
- Written in a single paragraph without references or abbreviations.
Keywords
- 3 to 6 keywords that are relevant to the content of the paper.
- Separated by commas.
Introduction
- Introduce the topic, background, and significance of the study.
- Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and hypothesis (if any).
- Literature Review (optional or integrated in Introduction)
- Summarize previous research related to the topic.
- Highlight research gaps that the current study addresses.
Methodology
- Describe the research design, data collection, instruments, and data analysis procedures.
- Ensure reproducibility and clarity.
Results
- Present research findings in a logical sequence.
- Use tables and figures where appropriate (with proper captions and numbering).
Discussion
- Interpret and compare findings with previous studies.
- Explain implications, limitations, and relevance of the results.
Conclusion
- Summarize the main findings and their significance.
- Provide recommendations or suggestions for further research.
References
- Use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE, Chicago).
- List only the sources cited in the manuscript.
- Ensure all references are accurate and complete.
3. Tables and Figures
- Should be clearly labeled (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
- Include descriptive titles/captions.
- All tables/figures must be referenced in the text.
4. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must ensure the originality of their work.
- Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable.
- If the study involves human participants, ethical clearance must be obtained.
5. Submission and Review
- Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s submission platform or email.
- All submissions will undergo peer review.
- Revisions must be made according to reviewer comments.
