Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • All manuscripts should be written in English or Indonesia with clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.

  • The manuscript should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format (.docx) through the journal’s online submission system.

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

  1. Title: Concise, informative, and not exceeding 15 words.

  2. Author(s) Information: Full name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation(s), and email address of the corresponding author.

  3. Abstract: 150–250 words, including research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  4. Keywords: 3–5 relevant words or phrases, separated by commas.

  5. Introduction: Includes research background, problem statement, research gap, and objectives.

  6. Methods: Describes research design, participants, instruments, and data analysis.

  7. Results: Presents research findings clearly with tables, figures, or charts if necessary.

  8. Discussion: Interprets the results, compares with previous studies, and explains the implications.

  9. Conclusion: Summarizes main findings and provides recommendations.

  10. Acknowledgments (if any): Recognition of funding sources or contributors.

  11. References: Follows APA (7th edition) style, with at least 80% of references from reputable journals within the last 10 years.

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be typed in Centaur, 10 pt, 1 line spacing, and A4 paper size.

  • Margins: 2 cm on all sides.

  • Headings should follow the journal’s template.

  • Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and accompanied by clear titles and sources (if applicable).

  • The length of the manuscript should be 6,000–8,000 words including references.

4. References and Citation Style

  • All references must be written using APA (7th Edition) format.

  • In-text citations should include author(s) and year (e.g., Smith, 2020).

  • It is recommended to use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero).

5. Submission Procedure

  • Authors must register and submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system.

  • The editorial team will conduct an initial screening before assigning reviewers.

  • Authors are encouraged to check their manuscripts with plagiarism detection software before submission.

6. Review Process

  • The journal applies a double-blind peer review process.

  • The review may take 6–8 weeks depending on the availability of reviewers.

  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.

7. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards.

  • Any potential conflicts of interest must be declared.

  • Studies involving human participants must state ethical approval from relevant institutions.
